1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or booking through Hostiva Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Prices are calculated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using our pricing engine and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Confirmed bookings retain their original pricing. Unpaid bookings may be released.
3. Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Cancelling from My Trips automatically restores the reserved seats.
4. Traveler responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details, valid identification, and complying with visa, health, and entry requirements for your destination. Hostiva Tours is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
5. Tour changes
Hostiva Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, transport, accommodation, or departure times where necessary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Where significant changes occur, we will offer alternatives or a refund.
6. Liability
Hostiva Tours acts as the direct operator of the tours it curates. We are not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party service failures. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
7. Reviews & content
Travelers may submit reviews after their trips. Reviews must be honest and accurate. We reserve the right to remove content that is false, offensive, or violates these terms.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share credentials. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hostiva Tours after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
